ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL CHATBOTS AND AI-DRIVEN LEARNING SYSTEMS DURING COVID-19

Introduction:

Covid-19 has brought unprecedented challenges to the educational sector. To ensure the safety of students and teachers schools were remained closed to prioritise the people's safety. To fill the gap between students and teachers educational Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems played a major role during the pandemic period.

Assistance provided by the Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems:

Educational Chatbots and AI-driven learning systems acted as a companion to students and teachers during pandemic. It helped to fill the gap between students and teachers by providing assistance and to clarify the doubts occurring to students and teachers.

Individualized attention:

Individualized attention was the lacking thing occurred in students during the pandemic and this gap has been filled with the help of AI- driven learning systems and Chatbots. The Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems are capable of customising their teaching standards.For example: if the student is studying 8th standard the Chatbot will customise itself to teach for 8th standard level.This helped in providing individualized attention to students.

Emotional and Motivational support provide by Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems:

Students mental health was affected during the pandemic time as their mode of learning and  communication were changed. So to prevent this issue ,Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems provided emotional and motivational support to the students by giving rewards, compliments  for the targets and achievements achieved by the students. And this motivated the students to achieve many targets and achievements one after the another.

Unique learning:

Educational Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems provided unique learning to students by giving assignments,mock tests and  conceptual Learning. This helped the students to understand their concepts and helped them to study passionately and helped them to perform their tests in a better manner.

Conclusion:

In conclusion we can conclude that Educational Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems had played an important role during the pandemic time by providing assistance, individualized attention, Emotional and Motivational support, unique learning techniques etc to both teachers and students. And this Educational Chatbots and AI-Driven learning systems played a major role in filling the gap occurred between teachers and students.
