The impact of COVID-19 on teacher autonomy and decision making in curriculum design, lesson planning and assessment methods

 TEACHER'S AUTONOMY AND DECISION MAKING:

The impact ofCOVID-19 and the transition to distant learning had made teachers face many decision making situations. As the teachers decision have an lasting impact on students learning experience, they have to think twice even before making a simple decision. Their teaching decisions were motivated by short term goals like maintaining students spirit, virtual interaction and their ability to concentrate.

IN CURRICULUM DESIGN:

BeforeCOVID-19 teachers used to plan the curriculum design ahead of the academic year. When the COVID-19 struck the entire world, it was a total chaos. As nobody knew when the world was going to be normal, it was frustrating for everyone to continue their life in the new normal. Teachers were confused on how to plan the curriculum as they had to teach students via online classes. It was even more tough when they had to come back after COVID-19. Since they had got settled and comfortable in online classes and had made an entirely different curriculum design, it was difficult for them to adapt to the old curriculum which was used before COVID-19 but they had no other go.

IN LESSON PLANNING:

Before COVID-19 teachers had their own sketch to finish lessons for each month for the entire year. They used to complete the whole portions in 8-9 months and used the remaining months to revise and repeat the portions which were taken previously to help student. During COVID-19 the schools opted online classes a few months later than it was supposed to start. The teachers were confused on what lessons to be completed each month and even had to make up for the months as the academic year started a bit later. Even though the CBSE board announced a 30 percent reduction it didn't help a bit, as the lessons were inter connected it was difficult for the teacher to make the students understand even without a single lesson. After COVID-19 there was no reduction in syllabus and it was hard for the students to learn the whole syllabus. For some lessons the teacher had to take the previous year's syllabus as it was the basic which was not thought due to reduction in syllabus.

IN ASSESSMENT METHODS:

Before COVID-19 teachers had their own way of assessing the students. The assessment used to carry 20 marks which played an important role in a student's total marks in mid-term and annual exams. During COVID-19 as the students didn't write any classwork, exams and neither they did assignments nor maintained it properly, it was difficult for the teachers to assess them. Practical to were not possible. After COVID-19 teachers felt bad as they knew students are going to feel pressurized as they had to do more assessment works for which they lost practice due to COVID-19. The teachers helped students to practice slowly but effectively.

Even though the COVID-19 hit the entire world, the teachers made sure they share their knowledge and educate the students. They were affected but they still opted to educate the students.

Impact of covid 19 on teaching special children

In covid 19 pandemic situation, many schools were closed. This makes many students and teachers to struggle especially it affects the special children education and future.

INTRODUCE OF ONLINE LEARNING:

The educational boards introduced the  learning or teaching through online. This became difficult to the students who are blind. If they went to school they can  learn with their book (braille) and get help from teachers.

Some students are mental retardation or intellectual disability. They suffered because there should be taken special care on education for them.

Caretakers are struggled to help students to adapt the covid pandemic.

ADVANTAGES OF ONLINE LEARNING:

Teachers use the online teaching by showing creative pictures to the intellectual disability students to make them understand quickly and easily.

Teachers helps many special students like earring problems, speech sound disorder, etc... by using this platform.

DISADVANTAGES OF ONLINE LEARNING:

Some students who are blind can't use the online learning or teaching like other students. They can't join the classes without someone's help.  Some students have colour blindness who can see the things in black and white.

This type of learning can't afford by all. Some were poor and some parents may lost their job in covid pandemic. Special students who are living in towns didn't get network properly.

IMPACT OF COVID 19 ON CAMPUS PLACEMENTS IN COLLEGES.

Due to COVID 19 outbreak, the major corporate companies have stopped offering campus placements in colleges. First of all, what is campus placement in colleges?

Campus Placement/Recruitment is a process conducted by corporate companies to offer jobs to students who are going to complete there higher studies. So, this process provides nice opportunity to young and talented students. So, in this process companies approach universities, colleges and select students who are good in all the field, who clears all the round and exams, creates a good impression towards the company and passes in HR interview will be offered job. So, the jobs will be waiting for the students who are going to complete their graduation.

Due to COVID 19 spread, all the process was made into ONLINE MODE. This COVID 19 pandemic disturbed the whole process of campus placement in colleges. The COVID 19 pandemic gave the worst experience ever as it affected the business, companies globally. Due to the extended lockdown, the process was not able to turn again to offline at that time. The situation was depended on online mode which was very new to the students and it took long time to adapt to it. In most of the colleges, campus placement takes place around December to April every year, but the pandemic changed the whole time period of campus placement. But the companies stopped offering jobs as they were not ready to take any kind of risk as anything may happen to students because the pandemic was in the peak and it will affect the company. Still, some companies were were offering jobs to students.

So, all the process was turned into ONLINE MODE. All the exams, interviews was made into online. Students who are have strong internet connection will attend the exams and interviews. But the students who live in remote places may not have proper internet connection. The students they are well known to their subjects, but do not have proper internet connection will suffer a lot to complete the process. Because of internet issues may students lose the chance of campus placements.

So, as a result of COVID 19 pandemic, the students who adapt to online world will survive this process, but the students who are not much opened to online will lose a great opportunity that is "CAMPUS PLACEMENT."

Strategies to teach multiple-Intelligence for children's during pandemic situation

During the Covid-19 situation the children's can not able to develop their knowledge and their talent. Now I am going to tell some strategies to develop the knowledge of the children's and that will also help their parent's.

During the pandemic situation the children can develop their knowledge by learning new languages through language learning apps or through writing and speaking the language frequently at home or through online tuition. This can develop the linguistic skill of the children's.

The children's can also develop their mathematical skill by solving puzzles during their free time, doing sudoko, playing chess, solving the rubik's cube or doing mental maths as this can enhance the mental ability and strength of the childrens.

During this type of situation maintenance of their body is important both externally and internally. For this the children can do normal exercise and yoga in the morning as this can refreshes their mind. If the children's are not intrested in doing these exercise and yoga, they can do indoor activities like jumping, skipping, etc,. this makes them happier and also they would have a good health.

Reading books also improves the inbuilt personality of the children's and their natural curiosity to know more about the topic, by this they also know more about the real world.

By the continuos use of mobile phones, the children's can listen to music or they can even dance in their home. This gives them energy to do work and also boosts them.

During the pandemic situation the children's may feel lonely, for this their parent's can spend more time (minimum 2 hours per day)  with their children's.

By using this strategies, the children's can develop their multi-intelligence  by just sitting in their home.

SHORTAGE OF TEACHERS AND PRE-SERVICE TEACHER DIFFICULTIES

 INTRODUCTION:

COVID-19 caused significant disruption to life.In the last of march 2020, corona virus spread all over world. As schools forced to close and ordered the students to continue the learning in online. This created more challenges to districts, states, countries, continents and all over the world. It undoubtedly created an impact on students academy by socially and economically growth. The future teachers faced many stuggles in the immediate rise of COVID-19 .The close of schools, colleges and universities create an unique impact on teacher preparation programs.

PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS:

ALBERT BANDURA tells that learning and development comes through direct experience, observation and performance feedback. This situation created more difficult to pre-service teacher to continue their field experience and also to observe effective teaching model.Due to corona virus pandemic many pre-sevice teachers was unable to complete their field experience.

SHORTAGE OF TEACHERS:

Many nations around the world were struggling with teacher shortages. many teachers didnot return to in-person teaching instead instructing virtually. Others done in a different way by providing students both virtually and in-person instruction.High quality teacher preparations are require to teach students in high schools. Teachers have more work in virtual than in real. Teachers have to write classwork as well as type it and send it to students, they have to assign homeworks in online and assignments also in online, they have to assign online exam and want to see whether the students copied the exam or not, they have to take online class and also to take attendance. Teachers have double the work in virtual as compared to real classes. Since there was a shortage of teachers the income of teachers was raised. Due to lose of pre-sevice teachers there was a less interactions between students and teachers. The learning is becoming negative. The outcome of students in a honest way is very less. Teachers also have problem in it.

CONCLUSION:

Technology give a huge contribution to the education system during covid pandemic. The U.S.A was the leading nation all over the world in online learning. But U.S.A. also faced shortage of teachers. Technology helped the students to develop interest in learning things. The use of technogy brought adrastic change all over the world. Technology helped the students to improve themselves in different ways

IMPACT OF COVID ON KINDERGARDEN:

Pre-primary education is the foremost step to introduce students to education. Schools should be a bridge between home and school at this stage. Students of this age group are from 3 or under. There should be a well instructed teachers for these set of children. These were  major concerns of leaders of educational institutions , government and non-government organisations during covid 19. If the basic is lost, it would be a great burden for students to prosper. Let's see how government and NGOS helped to overcome educational needs of pre-primary during pandemic.

STRATEGIES TAKEN BY GOVERNMENT TO OVERCOME EDUCATION GAP:

Pre-schools and Anganwadi were closed during March 2020 and lasted for two years at stretch.  Few parents have enrolled their students in online. Many countries took up strategies to solve this issue.              Early Childhood Development Action  Network (ECDAN) was formed , in which UNICEF was the member , and framed ways to mitigate the issue caused by pandemic. This organisation came out with these ways:

Equality in providing services to all the children irrespective of their socio-economic background.

Support to be given to caregivers and parents.

Priority for protection of children from abuse and mental trauma.

Health, nutrition and education to be given to all the children.

Protection of frontline workers .

Increase in funding educational tools.

PROACTIVE ACTIONS:

It has laid a three-tired support strategies : Parenting, Prioritisation and safe guarding. Many campaigns were done to support parents and caregivers. New innovative method  like , technology based platforms were implemented. It also strengthened monitoring system to be inclusive in all aspects.

CONCLUSION:

Government organistaions played a crucial role in building childhood education as to bridge gap  in learning and face challenges during pandemic.

Globalization and International Cooperation

 Globalization and International Cooperation

Introduction:

The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 has brought about the unexpected disruptions to various aspects of our lives. One area mainly affected is how students perceive Globalisation and International Cooperation. This blog deeply discusses the effects of COVID-19 on student attitudes towards these concepts, exploring both the challenges and opportunities that have been emerged.

Challenges to Globalisation:

The Pandemic's wake up call: The sudden closure of borders and restrictions on travel exposed the vulnerabilities of the highly interconnected world. Students witnessed the firsthand consequences such as shortages of essential goods and  overdependence on imported sources.

Job Insecurities and economic concerns:

The fallout from the pandemic led to job losses and financial instability. As a result, some students began questioning the merits of globalization, particularly its potential impact on job market and local economies.

Re-evaluation of priorities:

The pandemic prompted many students to re-evaluate their priorities shifting their focus on the potential of international cooperation . The disturbance caused by COVID-19 encouraged students to question the sustainability of a globalized system and consider the importance of maintaining essential resources at a local level.

Global citizenship through Technology:

Online international events and virtual exchanges provided to various countries engaging with peers from different countries. This experience fostered a sense of global citizenship, as students interacted with people, they might never have had the chance to connect with in pre-pandemic world.

Conclusion:

In Conclusion, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought both challenges and opportunities for students' attitudes towards Globalization and international cooperation. While the disruptions exposed the fragility of a highly interconnected world and raised questions about the sustainability of Globalization, they also highlighted the potential of international cooperation in addressing global challenges. Virtual learning experiences have further enriched students' understanding of Cross-cultural interactions and global citizenship. As students continue to shape the future, their evolving perspectives on these concepts will play a crucial role in navigating an increasingly complex and interdependent world. It is essential for educators and policymakers to recognize and harness these shifts in attitudes to foster a more inclusive, cooperative, and resilient global community

STRATEGIES TO ADDRESS NEURODIVERGENT STUDENTS DURING REMOTE LEARNING

STRATEGIES TO ADDRESS NEURODIVERGENT STUDENTS DURING REMOTE LEARNING

INTRODUCTION:

The students who suffered the most during remote learning are the neurodivergent people.                    Neurodivergent people are a different kind of people whose brain functions differently from others. These people include students of Autism and Hyperactivity. Each students have their their own needs. So they must be taught based on their needs. The teaching must be done according to the pace of the students.

 PROBLEMS FACED BY STUDENTS:

These students must be taken special care by teachers in learning. But during online classes teachers were unable to take special care. Neurodivergent students can be taught to their fullest only when they are taught in a group along with their friends, which was not possible during the pandemic. During remote learning they are not able to be fully attentive. Teachers must be in regular touch  with the students and must know their mental health. But as this is not possible often, teachers had to go to the individuals house twice or thrice every week. This creates difficulty among parents as they had to sit with their children everyday to take care of their mental health.Even their enthusiasm and interest will be gone if they are learning alone during remote learning .

STRATEGIES TO ADDRESS:

These students learning must be appealed to their senses. Audio learner’s must be shown audio tapes and book while visual learner’s must be shown colourful pictures and videos. There must be increase in breaks among classes to refresh the students. The learning must be broken or splitted into different parts for more easier learning for them. Their lessons must be different everyday which prevents them from getting bored. Theme identification is also an important way as by this, they relate lessons to their daily life activities which they will never forget. They must be taught based on the individual’s skill and capacity. Parents must be in regular touch with teachers and must report the students condition to them. Sometimes students can also be called to school once or twice a month to change their monotonous way of studying.

CONCLUSION:

By following these methods we can maximise the learning outcome of neurodivergent students during remote learning. They must not be denied their opportunity to learn and must be given equal rights to learn. By this we can also improve the standard of literacy in our country. Everyone in our country has the right to learn which can be accomplished by the help of these measures.

CHANGES WHICH TOOK PLACE IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

During Covdi-19, A new mode of education was introduced as schools were closed. Teachers who, Before, used to teach their students in Blackboard and Whiteboard faced a new challenge of teaching their students using online applications and technology.

Even when schools were opened, There were many restrictions for people and students in the school. Wearing mask was a mandatory rule and regulation which had to be followed strictly. Many changes were required especially in infrastructural sector. The foremost change needed was towards environmental awareness. The pandemic situation senditised the students about environmental awareness and proved that healthcare is not not only for us but for all other families in our society. Families can be healthy only when the society is healthy and hygenic.

The pandemic situation limited the students only to their bookish knowledge which is not the primary aim of our educational system. Bringing skills in our future citizens should be the primary aim. Students should be respectful, kind, confident and should be able to manage even during difficult times.

Conduct of exams or competitions was another problem due ti drawbacks of assesment and evaluation system. It was a new experience for teachers to assess and evaluate their students using online apps and technology. Using the current technology and AI, we can help fix the gap of education for students.

Strategies to apply gamification in education during online classes

INTRODUCTION: The schools were forced to shut down in the lockdown period because of COVID-19. Education of students were stopped. More than 200million students were affected during the period of lockdown.

Online education became an important tool for learning. Teachers were teaching through some apps for make it interesting and innovative. Teachers use the method called  gamification for that. The gamification was useful for all the standards from pre kg to 12th standard. The gamification was mostly used for kids to learn alphabets because they can't go to school for learning because of lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic period. The students who are all above the level of kids use other kinds of apps for example Byju's or other kinds of apps. It was the app which was used for gamification during the period of lockdown. It was changed to normal and was stopped gamification after the period of lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic period. It was very helpful for the students to learn because they can't go to school because of COVID-19.

ADVANTAGES: Students can learn from their houses and not to travell to school. It's more easier to learn and listen it. It's more easier to play and study at the same time. We can understand the gamification through games

DISADVANTAGES: People who don't have internet or mobile data they suffered in the COVID-19 pandemic period. Students will not listen the gamification instead they will play video games that is not good for our eyes. People gamin more power in their eyes and their eye power gone to negative due to using smart phones, laptop, and other electronic gadgets.

COMMUNE DURING COVID

 COMMUNE DURING COVID

Introductions

The global pandemic has reshaped the landscape of education, leading to a shift from traditional classrooms to virtual learning environments. While this transition offers various advantages, it also presents challenges, particularly in fostering a sense of community and facilitating peer interactions among students. Building a strong virtual classroom community is essential for maintaining engagement, collaboration, and overall well-being. In this blog, we will explore effective strategies for promoting community building in virtual classrooms and facilitating peer interactions during these unprecedented times.

1. Icebreakers and Institutions

Initiating the virtual classroom experience with icebreakers and introductions can help break down barriers among students who may be physically distant. Icebreaker activities can range from simple personal introductions to creative virtual games, that encourage students to share fun facts about themselves. These activities create a relaxed open environment, setting the tone for positive peer interactions throughout the course.

2. Discussion Forums and Group Projects

Discussion forums  serve as a digital platform for students to share ideas, ask questions, and engage in meaningful discussions beyond the confines of traditional classrooms. Educators can create structured topics related to curriculum or rela-world issues, encouraging students to express their opinions and interact with one another. Group projects which require collaboration further promote teamwork and communication skills, allowing students to connect and work together virtually.

3. Virtual Study Groups

Encouraging students to form virtual study groups can foster deeper connection among peers. These groups can meet regularly to review material, discuss concepts, and solve problems collectively. Virtual study groups provide a sense of accountability and mutual support, helping students feel connected despite the physical distance.

4. Peer Teaching and Learning

Implementing peer teaching sessions where students take turns presenting their topics to their classmates can enhance both learning and sense of community. This strategy empowers students to take ownership of their education, while also promote knowledge sharing and camaraderie. Peer teaching sessions can be scheduled periodically, giving everyone an opportunity to participate.

5. Virtual Social Events

Just as traditional classrooms have extracurricular activities, virtual classrooms can also host online social events. These events can include virtual game nights, talent shows ,or theme discussions. Such activities provide a space for students to unwind, have fun, and build relationships beyond academic context.

6. Personalized Feedback and Recognition

Provide personal feedback and recognizing students' contribution, can boost their confidence and a sense of belonging. Acknowledging their efforts, either through public praise or one-on-one messages, can demonstrate the their participation is valued and appreciated.

7. Incorporating Technology Creatively

Title:- Effect of COVID-19 on student's attitude towards digital media literacy and critical thinking and shaping their capacity to recognise trusted sources and evaluate in the digital age.

The COVID-19 had brought many challenges to education systems worldwide. With the shift to remote learning, student's attitude towards digital media literacy and critical thinking have been influenced. This blog delves into the impact of pandemic on student's ability to recognise credible sources and evaluate in the digital age.

The pandemic accelerated the adoption of new tools for education, information and learning. They develop skills to navigate information and filter out misinformation.

The educators play a vital role in shaping student's attitude towards digital media literacy and critical thinking. They must adopt different teaching methods to increase student's skills in a virtual environment. By incorporating activities that encourage source verification and critical analysis, educators empower students to be the knowledgeable consumers of information.

As students adapted to the virtual environment, they gained a sense of consent over their own education. They realised that, they cannot consume passive information in virtual environment. So they decided to engage actively with it. This active engagement fostered a deep understanding of material, questions and connections between ideas.

Critical thinking played a vital role in shaping student's attitude towards digital media literacy and critical thinking. Students were compelled to think critically about sources and questioning the logic of information  presented. This equipped them with valuable skills.

Educators recognise the importance of enhancing student's digital media learning and critical thinking skills. They integrated many specialized courses and workshops focusing on source evaluation and development in information. This helped them to take decisions in a world of more information.

Before the pandemic, many students used digital media for entertainment and communication without knowing the critical sources. The sudden reliance on digital platforms brought a change in student's attitudes towards digital media literacy and critical thinking skills.

As a result, COVID-19 pandemic served as a catalyst for student's attitude towards digital media literacy and critical thinking. Student's consuming of information evolved from passive to active information.

Psychological Effect of COVID - 19 Pandemic on Senior Secondary Students

Every person's life was affected in one way or another during the COVID 19 Pandemic. It confined people to their houses and eventually deprived them of their normal mental state. It created a sense of chaos and commotion, as uncertainty prevailed. Student's education also took a deep toll as their regular routine was deeply affected as their respective institutions had to close as a precautionary measure.

All this called for a new method of teaching as physical classes were not possible. Online classes were on the rise and more and more institutions started to adapt them. While students were getting used to the online education, what most people did not realise was that this plan of action was not going to yield fruit on the long run.

The effectiveness of online classes is very questionable, as it fails to create a healthy environment for learning. The retention of information effectively by students deeply depend on the environment that they are in. Schools provide this perfectly hence why they have been so important throughout our history. It creates the right environment for students to effectively gain knowledge.

While the educational part of their studies were affected, more and more students started to experience mental health issues. According to UNESCO, 138 countries had their schools shut down and more than 80% of the global student population were affected by it. With all the changes in place more than 33% of adolescents reported to have experienced loneliness as they were parted from their fellow classmates and peers. Also, almost more than half of the young adult population reported being lonely and said experiencing anxiety due to the quarantine.

Also a lot of the students reported high levels of stress and anxiety. According to AIIMS survey, the stress level reported by adolescents ranged from 12% all the the way to 88%. This has been explained with regards to the lack of socialising and loneliness.

All these issues have not been resolved completely even after regular schools resumed as they left a deep scar on the minds of these young-uns. It is time to raise awareness about these issues as mental well being is as important as physical well being. These young people are the future of the world and are responsible for all the developments that human kind is yet to experience. Let us all hope the best for these students and motivate them for a better future.

STRATEGIES FOR PROMOTING INCLUSIVE LEARNING THROUGH VIRTUAL CLASSROOMS

The COVID - 19 pandemic have made a major impact in various fields which includes the educational field as well. Due to the preventive measures posed by the government to prevent the virus, the educational institutions had to find an alternative means of teaching. This resulted in schools switching to virtual classrooms. Although many educators were not used to teaching virtually, they had to adapt to the challenging time. The main challenges were the lack of experience for the teachers teaching virtually, insufficient support for them from the school management, lack of proper network access for all and parents failing to provide the necessary facilities required such as mobiles, laptops, network access etc.

What is inclusive education? An inclusive education is a model of teaching where all type of students learn together in one environment, getting fair and equal opportunities. In an inclusive education environment, no particular student will be discriminated against on the basis of gender, caste, religion, etc. This is the basic idea of inclusive education.

An inclusive virtual classroom is not a very easy task. Not every student will feel comfortable in speaking. They may even be shy to speak out. It is the responsibility of the teacher to make the students feel free. There are some strategies by which inclusive education can be promoted in virtual classrooms.

* Get to know who is in your class. Start the class with a self introduction and get to know them too. This helps to build a great bond with the students.

* Organise more group activities which helps to create unity within the classroom. Ask them to create a project together, students learn collaborative learning.

* Encourage students to open up in the class by organising some debate sessions and making them involved in discussions.

* Moreover encourage students with some rewards. This motivates the child sometimes. Students can be given freedom in virtual classrooms to perform in which they are very good at.

* Teachers can find a way to talk privately with those facing difficulty in studies. Try to know their problems or issues, motivate and encourage them.

Promoting an inclusive education is very essential for the success of the students because a virtual classroom is a secured platform for all students to learn regardless of their differences such as abilities, skills, etc. With proper usage of tools and technology, all students can be helped. Teachers can promote inclusive education in virtual classrooms by creating a safe and encouraging environment. We must keep in mind that every student deserves proper education and equal opportunities and we must remember that future of India is in our hands.

Strategies for promoting social and emotional learning in visual classrooms during pandemic

Our education was been excelling on their progress and were been developed until the covid strikes in. The education system was seemed to be a lifeguide for the students better future. The school education system was ahead of its progress of making success coming on their way where an unfortunate disaster occurred. The people’s hoped for a speedy recovery of the situation and thought that it would pass on quickly but rather that they don’t know it’s going to be a disaster for every industry. Before covid everything was on the flow and the education system was keen on expanding their various institutions for developing more resources in the coming future by the youngsters.

During covid 19 the government announced the people to stay in the house, various rules and restrictions were been said to be followed. All the working industries had been severely affected by it where so many of them gone through the phase of unemployment. As all the industries started to move on and adjust with the use of online accesses the education system too started to conduct in online. Even though it was hard as they strongly believed to move on with adjustment. All expected for a soon recovery but after many years struggle they got the independence of it.

The education system was one of the industries which got affected by the covid badly. The students and staffs  were adjusted by the process.Assignments, various tests, worksheets were to be submitted through applications. In these covid times most of the online applications started to boom out. He students and teachers faced much difficulties and were in recollection of memories. The covid phase was been

really difficult as the teachers find unable to teach their concept with the fullest clarity on their students mind. Because of all these the students started to get uninterested and the concepts were not clearer for them where at some point they start to forgot the basics. In this blog we will be talking about some of the strategies for promoting of social and emotional learning in visual classrooms during the pandemic. The strategies are as follows:

1. Teaching emotional and social learning skills:

Apart from the concepts the students learn they also should be learning about various tips about facing the issues in a strong way. The teachers can teach some of the steps to how to handle them as they are the experienced of it.

2 Respecting and caring:

Respecting and caring of each child in return gets the teachers to attain the same happiness.Asking about the mental and physical health of every child can help the child.

3 Showing warmth and affection:

By showing the warm and affection towards the students can make the students to be interactive towards the class and to attain more knowledge

4 Giving effective praise:

By giving praise like activities and games to the students at the end of the session can help the students to regain their focus.

Conclusion:

By implementing these strategies the students and teachers can handle the situation well. At last the covid ended and school started to progress in normal way.

EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP

 ROLE OF EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP:

I think the shift to online education had adversely affected the education filed . During this pandemic , not to waste the students time and at the same time to keep students and educators safer 'EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP ' had played a vital role . One of the resource around globe is 'Hp - Hewlett Packard company' , which is an American software and computer production company and has a history of manufacturing computer and computer related products. It launched a free  resources in India and China for helping the students during the pandemic.

EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP AGENCIES :

In India Hp had partnership with the interactive company called 'GAMOOZ' . Which they created a platform for the students and educators to join easily and they can discuss the educational content , questions and it's solutions.  And include the play , print and learn concept. It made a platform so that students and educators can be connected even from any distance . So the platform had really played a vital role for students and educators during this pandemic by not wasting their time . And they created this to shape students future in a perfect way . And they launched many interactive contents and fun learning which is easier for students to understand their educational content in a easy and fun way . This is just a example of a Education partnership during the pandemic there are many companies like JCB COMPANY which provide many policies for the Children who had succumbed during the pandemic and CSR COMPANY which also provides several policies for the childrens during the pandemic.

CONCLUSION :

These 'EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP' had played a vital role during the pandemic this may be a hardship for students during the pandemic but yet it cannot affect the students future so these education partnership had played a important role during pandemic . And this created a better relationship between the students and the eductors . So partner ship has created a better future for students.
