SHORTAGE OF TEACHERS AND PRE-SERVICE TEACHER DIFFICULTIES

 INTRODUCTION:

COVID-19 caused significant disruption to life.In the last of march 2020, corona virus spread all over world. As schools forced to close and ordered the students to continue the learning in online. This created more challenges to districts,states,countries,continents and all over the world.It undoubtedly created an impact on students academy by socially and economically growth.The future teachers faced many stuggles in the immediate rise of COVID-19 .The close of schools, colleges and universities create an unique impact on teacher preparation programs.

PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS:      

ALBERT BANDURA tells that learning and development comes through direct experience, observation and performance feedback. This situation created more difficult to pre-service teacher to continue their field experience and also to observe effective teaching model.Due to corona virus pandemic many pre-sevice teachers was unable to complete their field experience.

SHORTAGE OF TEACHERS:

Many nations around the world were struggling with teacher shortages. many teachers didnot return to in-person teaching instead instructing virtually. Others done in a different way by providing students both virtually and in-person instruction.High quality teacher preparations are require to teach students in high schools. Teachers have more work in virtual than in real. Teachers have to write classwork as well as type it and send it to students,they have to assign homeworks in online and assignments also in online, they have to assign online exam and want to see whether the students copied the exam or not, they have to take online class and also to take attendance. Teachers have double the work in virtual as compared to real classes. Since there was a shortage of teachers the income of teachers was raised. Due to lose of pre-sevice teachers there was a less interactions between students and teachers. The learning is becoming negative. The outcome of students in a honest way is very less. Teachers also have problem in it. 

CONCLUSION:

Technology give a huge contribution to the education system during covid pandemic.The U.S.A was the leading nation all over the world in online learning. But U.S.A. also faced shortage of teachers. Technology helped the students to develop interest in learning things. The use of technogy brought adrastic change all over the world. Technology helped the students to improve themselves in different ways
