ROLE OF NGO'S IN ADRESSING THE NEED OF ADOLESCENTS DURING PANDEMIC

Introduction: The covid19 pandemic has disrupted every facet of society, none other than the evident the field of education,NGO, Educational institutions, government  has taken lot of steps for adolescents to continue their education during pandemic. They planned to educate students by virtual classrooms . They took several steps to implement this plan to educate the students. They thought that this pandemic situation should not affect the students and stop their education. They wanted the students to learn even in the  pandemic so they initiated the online classes for students. 

NGO'S Initiatives: NGO had played a vital role in addressing adolescent's education during pandemic, they provided electronic devices like laptop, smartphones etc.. to lower middle class students to continue education virtually. They took classes by virtual classrooms, television channels and radio etc.. 

Initiatives of Education Institution: Education institutions have played major role, Teacher of their education took class in the classroom for the virtually. it was quiet challenging for teachers to maintain the students. At starting it was a bit tough for teachers but day by day students cooperated teachers  and listened the classes virtually. These institutions provided internet access to the lower middle class students who were unable to pay for internet access.

Government's Initiatives: Government provided other facilities outside education, they provided food and other steps to ensure the students health. Government gave vaccination to all the adolescents. As most of the adolescents had affected from the pandemic government took care of their health. Government had also provided smartphones and laptops to the students. Also to ensure students mental health government declared every school to have yoga classes virtually. As they listen class virtually their mental health may get affected so to stop that government took such decisions for the adolescents to learn virtually.

Conclusion: It was been a new face of world during pandemic, all were worked with the internet access  and adolescents had also listened their classes virtually. NGO, government and educational institutions had worked hard to educate the adolescents even during the pandemic . They took big risk and worked upon to develop virtual classrooms for students to learn. Teachers also left their family and spent time to educate the children even in home virtually. With the help NGO's, government  and education institutions lower middle class students were able to learn and educate themselves during pandemic.
