THE IMPACT OF COVID 19 AND EXPLORING THE USE OF FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS

 Introduction: 

The COVID 19 pandemic brought numerous challenges in the field of education. One of the greatly affected areas was teacher evaluation and performance assessment. The sudden shift to remote instruction traditional methods of evaluating teacher based on classroom observation and student test scores have become impractical. In the response to these challenges educators and administrators have been exploring the use of formative assessment and alternative measures of teacher effectiveness.

Content:

Formative assessment involves frequent checks for understanding and ongoing feedback to guide instructional decision. During remote instruction formative assessment Can be valuable tool for evaluating and monitoring students performance assessment

Alternative measures focus on aspects beyond traditional evaluation criteria such as adaptability digital literacy and communication skills and the use of technology for teacher evaluation and performance assessment .

Furthermore students are not able to join  meeting this is the disadvantage of technology. The measures to remote instruction and demonstrated creativity is crucial for the virtual lessons providing insights into instructional parties, adaptability to changing the virtual learning environment and engaging students effectively transitioned to remote instruction.

It allows real time observation and maintains the use of technology for teacher effectiveness during pandemic time. 

Conclusions:

In conclusion the use of technology is essential for education and unique to remote instruction.
I woud to say about the teacher, they were  hardship to do the online platform for their student studies they do more hardwork for students education this helps for the students performance assessment.
