STRATEGIES TO INCULCATE SCIETIFIC TEMPER AMONG THE STUDENTS OF CLASS 10TH IN PANDEMIC PERIOD

 INTRODUCTION:

In the pandemic period, teachers suffered a lot about implementing science concepts to the students. In that time most of the teachers didn't know to operate the highly developed technologies. Instead of practical experiments they have showed the pictures of experiments. As from the students view, they did not understand these theories and concepts. They simply read and wrote on virtual exams. This was highly disappointed the teachers. So teachers used some strategies to clear their doubts so that they will sit simply and attend the classes.

STRATEGIES USED BY THE TEACHERS:

Teachers used some strategies to create eagerness and interest on these syllabus. They used the videos of the experiment which they have made practically and shows to students by using Zoom and Google meetings. They also shown some models like human heart, nervous system, brain and so on and explained about their functions which made students to understand clearly. They also conducted science expos in online sessions. In that event many of them shown the interest and made many projects. They made projects like working of human heart, nervous system, tyndall effect, dispersion of light through a glass prism, etc. These participated have explained about the functions of these projects to the other students.

So teachers have understood that, every child could able to understand these theories and concepts. While doing these scientific theories and concepts as a practical experiment they can able to easily understand these concepts. So that teachers have used some highly developed technologies like 3d pictures, Power point presentation, etc. for the easy way to teach these concepts to the students. They also used apps like O-Lab for experiencing reality in virtual classes. So teachers used to give some practical experiments as a project for their internal marks.

CONCLUSION:

There is a proverb about this is "Reading takes us to greater heights". But just reading never takes us to greater heights, we have to implement it to develop as a skill.
